I wanted to share an experience with the Recover-Ease product. I have been taking Recover-Ease post workouts for about 2 weeks now and wasn't sure if it was doing anything. I have been doing some pretty hard swim and bike workouts lately and have always remembered to take my Recover-ease afterwards - usually within a couple minutes of finishing the workout.
